We Fight
The Good Fight

Immigrants Make America Great
Let's Keep It That Way

Our Fight

Immigration law and policy has reached its lowest point in decades. Obtaining a green card, fighting deportation, or becoming a U.S. citizen is more difficult and complicated than ever before. Many immigration lawyers forget that immigration problems can cost people their livelihoods, even their lives. It’s more than understanding complex legal theory. It’s about people. At De La Garza Law, PLLC, we offer personalized and sophisticated representation, walk by your side, and help you carry your burden with a smile.

Win or lose, we FIGHT the good fight.

Meet Leo The Lawyer

Leo is an Austin-based immigration attorney with years of experience helping unite and defend immigrant families. Leo has tackled a diverse set of complex immigration problems including: permanent residence, U.S. citizenship, work and travel, DACA, asylum, parole, and release from detention, among other things.

Originally from the “valley” of south Texas, Leo gives back to the community that raised him. He frequently participates in citizenship clinics, attorney forums, know your rights presentations, and accepts full pro bono asylum cases to help those most in need.

While not caring for his clients, Leo enjoys training in martial arts, producing hip-hop music, editing silly videos, photoshopping his friends, and using memes to cope. On the weekends, you can find him playing video games with his immigration lawyer wife and taking a nap with his border collie and “pawralegal,” Al.
